You have to fill your cup to be able to pour it into someone else’s cup. So today we are talking about what to do if you are mentally exhausted or are feeling like you are sliding into a depressive season. I share with you my 4 signs of being mentally exhausted which are:

1 -You are losing interest in things that typically excite you.

2 - You are anxious and overthinking things you normally wouldn’t.

3- You find it hard to step into your daily habits.

4 - A change in appetite.

Whenever I have these changes happen in my life, I know it is time to pause and reflect on what my body is telling me. I also take some time to see what my inner child is trying to teach me or heal from through what is happening to me at this time in my life.
