Guest Dr. Peggy Doherty DeLong, the "gratitude psychologist," is a mom to three young adults interested in the mental health of this generation. She's a keynote speaker on happiness, resilience, grief, and gratitude to help people live their best lives. She believes that we live fully and more joyfully when we can feel, process, learn, and grow from our emotional pain.
