In the menopause space, there’s this common misconception that it can be all negative - particularly when you’re fatigued, headachey, forgetful and on an emotional rollercoaster!

However, perimenopause and menopause can also bring a shift that sets us up for the next stage of our lives in a really cool way. Alison Dougall - a Clinical & Counselling Psychologist, Coach and All About Her member - is helping women thrive within this phase of life.

In this episode, we discuss:

  • Thriving in menopause and continuously improving this stage of life
  • Psychological support vs. coaching - which should you choose?
  • The things that women are seeking support for during perimenopause
  • Her community ‘The Thriving Space’
  • Creating open conversations and shifting the future possibilities in the menopause space
