Multinationals are great organizations to be involved in when it comes to learning the SOPs of your field, however startups offer a unique approach to work culture, SOPs and learning opportunities. Meet Badia Rebolledo, Chief People Officer at Krispy Kreme Mexico. She has three decades of experience in high level HR roles across a multitude of multinationals including Beiersdorf, Siemens, Nestle and Procter & Gamble along with working in FinTech.
