This episode we speak to Shiba Banerjee. He is the owner and head coach of the Alpha Omega Combat Sports and the head of state for SJJIF for West Bengal. He will be competing in this year's Leverage Fight Night and for sure is one of the dark horses of our tournament. Shiba is genuine, super humble and open about his thoughts on training. We talk about the his early days in Martial Arts, the full time transition to Jiujitsu, why he started his own academy and the politics of the sport in India.
