Episode 10:- #Change... We take plenty of time to look at social media to see how others are living their life and change towards their lifestyle. Unfortunately looking at others life’s and pursuit of happiness, is not your own destiny of happiness. Looking at everybody else and trying to be like them will not succeed in your own form of happiness to change to other persons actions does not always bring productivity Things that make people want to change when people are doing negative actions partying every night drinking every night smoking every night swearing every other word Happy pictures on Instagram or on Facebook on Snapchat When you stop and really look at how others life are you’re catching a two second glimpse of a false happiness. Remember you have to go through hard times in order to appreciate happiness you know it’s not always fun and laughter and happy happy my wife will tell you that. We have our very good times we also have some rough times luckily our happy times outweigh the few rough times but it’s inevitable you learn to work together. By making a small change in yourself and feeling positive about yourself. Unfortunately when we feel very negative thoughts :- my body is too fat, my legs are too fat, my arm is too fat, my face isn’t pretty, my hair is a mess. All that thought perpetuated negativity, you can’t live life like that YOU ARE BLESSED with life, so therefore you need to appreciate what you’ve got and make the most of every second that you live that life.
