A lot of the time nowadays we tend to neglect our self, put things off till later, next week, next month, when I’ve got money. Remember this is about YOU and put yourself forward #valueyourself. Self Care looks at your #mental state, so that means:- Are you thinking about you ? What you’re doing to you? What is important to you ? What are you putting into you to feel good to get through a day, week, month, year!. What are the self caring things that you can think about to help you through your day? When you think about self care how dose that make you feel about your self care ?At that moment to ensuring that you are safe, your sound, your cared for, your loved, your feelings are kept in check. Like I say there are a lot of things especially how we are #neglecting ourselves. You need to put you at the forefront and stop putting yourself on the sideline, even at the back of the queue. #Selfcare looks at the #physical aspect how are you looking after you physically not just putting on the make up, more important about how you’re looking after you physically! When I want to look after myself physically I went to the gym to look after myself you need to do things for you!That makes you feel happy and not looking at what everybody else is doing or the reason why everybody else is doing it. Those are triggers you’ve got to do it! That’s not your reason! You need to have your own reason for wanting to do you! #Physicalselfcare is the outside appearance but again #mentalselfcare is about the inside which needs to balance one another another,50-50, good bad not everything is going to be good not everything is gonna be bad you can find that balances. So we talked about the mental inside the physical The outside never going to the outer circle well-being. This is your family such as your kids or your mum your dad your brothers your sisters your cousins auntie‘s uncles your niece your nephews all those extra bits of family. You have your friends, your old time friends, new friends, your work friends, your neighbours too can be your friends although sometimes you can question that thought. There is also balances needed in the body/life, again sometimes you put the outer circle first and foremost before the inner circles which is where we need to switch that around so therefore we need to ensure that there is that balance but before we can touch the outer circle we need to ensure that the Innercircle has that focus YOU and balance. A way to keep a check on these things list; get a piece of paper, folded down so you’ve got four columns. On the top of the column you want to put mental state physical state and well being state Now fold the paper in half so you got a top half and a bottom half and on the top half you want to put good and the bottom half you want to put bad. Make a list all what your thinking/feeling and see if you putting more at the top for the bottom. By looking at the list your will be able to start balancing towards a better life. Self care balance is needed your mental side of things and the physical things balancing out.
