I've had the pleasure of connecting with women from all over the world and I am constantly left feeling uplifted by their stories, their attitude and zest for life. Whenever I’m having a dip in confidence, they’ve been a great source of encouragement, so I wanted to create a space to not only share their stories and amplify women over 40 voices but also share my own passion for living a fulfilled life with freedom.
