Why do books have blank spaces around the pages? Why do songs have rests among the notes? Why did Grandma say, “save for a rainy day?” Because MARGIN is important! If a page or song is overloaded without blank space or rests, it is chaotic. We all need breaks, blank space, margins in life. Having a margin is not being selfish or lazy. It’s about being wise and having healthy boundaries. This episode explains why we need physical, financial, time, and emotional margin, and some ways to build those into our daily schedules. Word of the Day: margin-- the blank space or edge around a page or other area Question of the Day: Is anything causing you to feel overloaded in your life? What step/s can you take today to start reducing that overload and start getting more margin? Have a question or feedback? Maybe a topic you’d like to hear in a future episode?
