In this episode, we talk about identifying the gap between the current and ideal states of our “product”, in this case our lives. When you’re first trying to figure out what to change in your life, you need to consider scope, reflect on what’s working and what isn’t, and how to prioritize what area changes first. We talk about reflecting using the rose, thorn, and bud framework. We also cover Discover phase exercises including empathy mapping, four quadrants, and timeline mapping.
