Nick and Kyle discuss the power of saying no or not yet in business as a superpower. The old adage "you give an inch they will take a mile" is true in a lot of scenarios. Kyle one project costs him around $10,000 dollars just by telling the client yes, we can do that, when in reality saying no to the project in its entirety would have saved a lot of heart ache and issues. Nick discusses how saying not yet is beneficial too. By allowing yourself some time to process the information you have taken in and not making a decision immediately could potentially lead to a minor change in a gearing to provide immense torque in a product that once was not thought of.
