Gines, Ben and Matt are back again to bring you another episode of Life Long Learner.

Ben shares how he has been battling an eye infection over the last couple of weeks. The process of healing is an act of participating not just delegating to the the body to heal itself.

The fellas shared that when they were younger the care for the body was not there as much and it would seem to take care of itself. However, now you need to actively participate in the healing, otherwise, there are two options; you don't heal or it takes a lot longer than needed.

During this time we watched a lot of Star Wars. For those of you who know about Star Wars, there is a good side and a dark side. They dive into the 'Dark Side' and what that really means. The dark side comes from fear-based decision-making. Most of the time the dark side leads to unresourceful processes and outcomes.

However, do we need to have both to be able to exist?

Is there a difference between fear-based thinking and hedging your bets and being conservative?
