In this episode,
-I pull two Oracle cards for the episode, the cards are about seeing potential in things and carrying for a child or the child within.
-I feel into the cards and share how I feel they are connected.
-I talk about neurodiverse children from what I channel and from my own personal experience.
-I ask my spirit team “What can we do to help see the potential in the energy day, in the daily struggles we face with our kids? I received we need to focus on the micro, not the macro. Focus on the moment of excitement, and joy.
-Change the way we look at the chaos and shift our perspective and what we focus on.
-I share some tools that I have used with my autistic child to help her ground. Grounding is very important for anyone who is neurodiverse, their energy easily stays in the upper chakras which can facilitate dis-regulation.
-We need to be creative and find ways for our kids to be physical when connecting with themselves, the earth and any spiritual practice. Making it fun and a choice instead of a chore. Being silly is going to be very helpful when you are working with your kids.
-The biggest thing we can do to help our kids is to change our expectations of them and how they should be showing up in the world.
-Listen to yourself, don’t overthink, don’t listen to the world around you. Let your soul guide you, it knows what you should do for your kids and yourself.
