David Waldy discusses what life was like living the “American Dream” as the top producer in a $400 million company with the glass corner office, the car, wife, child, and toys, yet working 80+ hours per week feeling unfulfilled, unsatisfied, unhappy, as he dealt with anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. He shares how a pivotal moment helped him evaluate God’s calling on his life, leading to a 180° career pivot in order to find passion, purpose and subsequent fulfillment.

Who is David Waldy?

After nearly taking his own life and experiencing a divine wake-up call, David left his corporate career to reinvent himself, rebuild his family, and redefine what was possible in his personal & professional life. He now empowers leaders through his philosophy of "Fierce Empathy," which enables us to look in the mirror, face the facts, and confront the challenges that hold us back from success, fulfillment, and aligned abundance.

As a husband, father, and Kansas-farm-boy-at-heart, David believes that lasting success is determined by integrity, responsibility, commitment, and accountability in not only our work, but in every moment we have. He has worked with thousands of entrepreneurs & leaders from over 40 different countries and shared stages with influencers like Tony Robbins and Russell Brunson. He is also an outdoorsman, coffee snob, personal growth junkie, and avid nonfiction reader.

David is a life and business strategist, personal coach, speaker, and author empowering entrepreneurs and leaders, to get out of their own way, fix what's out of alignment, & never stop becoming the leader they said they would be.
