As a successful businessman, Hunter worked numerous hours to provide for his family to make sure they had everything they needed and more than most could ever dream about. Then one day he realized how much he was missing in his life and that he was putting his family second sometimes third in his priority line. This wakeup call helped him re-evaluate his priorities to always put God first, family second, and business next.
Who is Hunter Croan?
Hunter's friends and family would best describe him as having a love for the water since birth. He was raised on Lake McQueeney, living in almost every neighborhood on the lake. He has also resided on Meadow Lake, Lake Placid, and currently lives on Lake Dunlap with his wonderful wife, Ashley, and their two boys, Rylan and Zane.
Having grown up on the lake, Hunter naturally became a competitive water-skier and wakeboarder. He was the 2003 Collegiate Wakeboard National Champion. He also worked at various theme parks around the nation, including Sea World and Six Flags, performing in water ski stunt shows. To this day you will still see him on all the area lakes training behind a Malibu (his favorite boat).
Hunter graduated from Texas A&M in 2004 with a degree in marketing. He wanted to use his degree in marketing, so he got into real estate in 2006. From 2008 through 2016, Hunter was one of the top individual producers in Central Texas. He created the Lakefront Group in 2017, and from 2018 through 2023 they have been either the #1 or #2 producing group within the largest Keller Williams market center in the world, KW Heritage.
Two of Hunter's most memorable times in real estate was when he was featured on HGTV twice.
