Viki Johnston is the founder of Exelorate, Viki is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Mental and Emotional Release, following a life long passion to discover more about how and why we learn, why people learn in different ways and how we can be the best we can be.

Viki brings years of experience of Class Room Training and Consultancy and has been lucky enough to have travelled with her family, living in Europe and the US. Now she wants to share her passion of life long learning with everyone she meets.

​During the podcast, Viki explains how she firmly believes we can all be great, and we all have a gift to share. It is obvious when listening to Viki, that she loves being able to help others experience their "light bulb" moment, find their greatness and help people managers manage great teams.
