PEMF stands for pulsed electromagnetic field. With PEMF, a magnetic field is created which helps ions and electrolytes move with greater ease throughout the body. This helps reduce inflammation, treat injuries and get things moving again. The increase in motion of ions and electrolytes can also help cells increase their available energy by as much as 500%, which is why you can leave you feeling refreshed and energized. Like you’ve have a chance to recharge! I slept for 11 hours after my PEMF session! In this podcast, I also talk about another modality called body tempering. Body tempering uses items that look like large rolling pins - available in 3 different weights, to apply a lot of pressure - more than a human can do. This heavy weight helps release adhesions, which can prevent injuries, tears or can be used to release pain and twists that may be happening in the body. Remember, we don’t want things to be stagnant or stuck! Jason offers PEMF Theraphy and body tempering in and around the Chicago area. He can be reached at 630-677-8000. His website is superchargedttherapy.com Please note, this info in not meant to be taken as medical advice or to treat, diagnose or cure.
