The number one thing holding humanity back? Their ability to step forward. To follow through with those intuitive nudges and ideas… and then to keep going (this is how the world of natural health works as well as you can’t just dip one toe in and think or expect it to work — it is a series of steps and those steps adding up over time. The same is true for aligning with purpose, love, joy and abundance!). And yes! Perhaps starting a podcast - sharing your story, your experiences, your struggles, journey etc., is what you are guided to do next. If so, then this episode is for you as I share 10 tips for starting your own podcast.
