A quick, fun episode talking about common food cravings and what they signify as we crave what we need - what we are missing. Sweet is, of course, the most common as somewhere along the line, humanity has forgotten to enjoy life. Ahhh, the sweetness of life… of just being here… of jumping in puddles, flying a kite or feeling the sun kiss our skin. When and where did we forget this? So have the slice of cake.. or two and, well, consider a liver/parasite cleanse as the parasites are craving the sweets - not you. Sorry, not sorry as I almost always have to throw in some tie to health, wellness and cleansing the detox pathways. In this episode I also talk about craving sour, crunchy, spicy, milk chocolate vs. dark, and why iced drinks create more heat - more inflammation in the body and what to do instead. Thanks for listening. I hope you will enjoy it and find it inspiring! The online cleansing course with my naturopath has not opened yet (will open in March), but you can check out the details here: https://www.noellecellinistyle.com/library/take-back-your-health/85405/about/ For more information on the Shopping & Wellness Week I am leading in beautiful Italy in May 2023 (even more wellness tips with me:), Numerology & Tarot workshops, speaking inquiries, or to connect with me, please visit Lifting-the-Veil.com
