Luke 9:56 –Jesus said, “For the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them.”
Jesus did not come to destroy his enemies or those who did not love him or those who did not believe in him or those who intended to destroy him. Jesus forgave everyone, even on the cross. Jesus came for the entire humanity, not just for the Jewish or the Christians. God welcomes everyone who fears Him and who does the right thing. Why we should not take vengeance, but forgive is discussed. Some examples of people who forgave others are discussed.
