As an added bonus, I'll shed light on the benefits of creative outlets, such as painting or journaling, and how they have helped me navigate through stress. Lastly, with laughter being the best medicine, we'll explore how finding happiness and support in life through our relationships, enjoying the outdoors, music, aromatherapy, and humor can add a little more light and a little less stress in our lives.
