The first bulk of our episode was sharing our lights of the week, as well as some wisdom on how to change our mindsets when we are struggling. This week we talked all about the crazy world of extracurriculars and how that has changed across different generations. We talked about what kinds of things we were involved in as kids and how we spent our free time. What we discovered is just how much times have changed in terms of involvement in organized activities, and the kinds of effects that these long-term commitments have had on our lives. We of course finished off the episode about what we're into, and our goal to get more immersed with our mother nature.
