Make your own Personal Goal Scorecard using SAMHSA's 8 Dimensions of Wellness to create SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bound) goals that lean into supporting your wellbeing. Because as SAMHSA says, "wellness is not the absence of illness".

Starting first by reflecting what in each dimension provides you with fulfilment, one can start to get curious about themselves while creating building block goals to create purpose-filled goals.
