Michael Skubala became head coach at Lincoln City in November, the culmination of a coaching journey which started in his early 20s.
The highly-rated young coach, one of the most promising in the game, had spent time in various Academies before taking a leading role within the Football Association - including working within futsal.
He took charge of the U21s at the Leeds United Academy, and had a spell as interim head coach of the first team - with his side taking the lead just 30 seconds into his first match against Manchester United at Old Trafford.
