Krista Melanson was inspired by qualifying as a "Cordon Bleu Chef" at the famous cooking school in Paris.

She launched "The Relationship Chef" - a business which combines the culinary arts with relationship coaching. It's a huge hit.

In this episode she tells Liss 'N Kristi about the couples she has helped, the food she loves, how enthusiasm for cooking has soared post-Covid, and how it's inspired her three children, one of whom is just returning from competing in the Paris Olympics.

Krista speaks of the joy of home-cooked meals made from fresh, simple ingredients, and the increasing desire for healthier diets.
