Dr. Bret Wagenhorst of Tifton, Georgia, leads by example. He doesn't just tell people to live an active, healthy and community centered life. He lives one himself. Though he has a demanding job as an opthalmologist, he spends at least 15 minutes a day gardening. He also farms unusual crops on his land, experimenting with tropical fruits and vegetables that are seldom grow in Southern Georgia.
