Emotions are part of being humans - it’s what makes our life experiences our own. If we learn to accept and process our emotions…how to sit with them instead of fighting them…then it will become a lot easier to release them.

Some emotions are more uncomfortable than others - sadness, disappointment, anger. But all emotions are there to teach us something, to show us the way, and to experience life in a certain way.

In this episode, I share with you the importance and some insight into learning how to sit with your emotions.
