In this episode I was delighted to have a human conversation with the brilliant Loz Jones. I was lucky enough to work with him about 4 years ago in a digital marketing agency and we met again for coffee - just before the lockdown. It was amazing to catch up and discover so much more about him than I knew. Loz is a talented artist, designer and musician with over 20 years experience, 15 of those in video and motion graphics, plus a lifetime of writing and producing music. The metaphor for the use of a combination of reward and punishment to induce a desired behaviour. Loz wrote, sang and produced the whole album and 50% of the royalties he earns from sales of the album will go to MIND, the mental health charity. This human conversation was really touching and I believe many lessons can be learnt from it. One of the most interesting and creative people I know and he has had one hell of a journey, but look how far he has come - inspiring.
