Operations are critical to running a successful business. Many of us entrepreneurs like to ignore them. We push them off until we need them. However, by the time we need them, it’s too late. You’ve got to prepare. This is true of every area in your business but especially in the area of operations. So, today we’re going to talk all about operations. I’m going to help you get your operations in order by getting organized, creating SOPs, and more. Why do you need this? Because you need someone to be able to step into the CEO role that you are in right now. You need to have the freedom to take time away and know that your business will still run smoothly. As an entrepreneur myself, I know what it’s like to feel like you can never take time off. To be running around like a chicken with your head cut off. I don’t want that for you.
