This week, I'm keeping things simple: it is safe for you to feel. It is necessary.

If you are afraid, that doesn't mean you're less spiritual. If you're anxious and need to process it, that doesn't mean you're fear mongering. If you're afraid about money, bills, health, or anything else, that doesn't mean you're lowering your vibration and going to manifest a worse situation.

Your pain is real. Your fear is real. Your anxiety is real. And everything you're feeling (and needing based on what you're feeling) is completely and totally valid.

There's a lot of talk in the spiritual world and online coaching industry that might make you feel like you're doing this wrong. Like you should be grateful - and if you're not, you're messed up. Or folks saying this is a purge, a reset, but not acknowledging the suffering, loss and grief.

We need balance. Honoring feelings and getting creative about solutions. Resting and connecting. Holding space for grief and for gratitude. And, this is a time when we need true leaders.

True leaders are born out of those who walk their talk. Let this episode be a reminder to invite you to walk yours.

Feel. Heal. Be. Then, act. Together, we will get through this.
