Welcome to the (K)new Self Podcast (now called Living Leaders), a podcast intended to transform how we do work + life.
This podcast has been a long time coming, and it's finally ready to be birthed! Join me in episode 1, where I share the deeper intent behind this podcast. The world of work is radically changing. We have seen through the veil of capitalistic, patriarchal work structures that extract our value and our health for profitable gain. Many are stepping into a more sacred role as the conscious entrepreneur and the embodied, integrated leader.
We are setting boundaries with the unspoken agreements of control and extraction. We are healing work trauma. We are discovery the power of rest for integration. We are learning to let go of our attachment to the false securities of the old paradigm. This is deep work. There is a death and grieving process that happens when our very constructs of reality and our own identity break. But we are in this together.
It's time to shine our light. Thanks for tuning is as I shine mine.
This is just the beginning.
With love,
Nicole Bellisle
