I know the feeling. You're going through a tough time, and you don't know how to handle it. You feel like you're drowning in your sorrows. I know because I've been there too!
But James says to us "Consider it all joy" when we face trials—and he doesn't mean just when we win against them or get through them successfully. He means every single moment of the trial itself.
