With 39 years in education, including roles in the classroom, career development, administration, and running a dropout recovery school, she has touched the lives of many. As a resident and lover of Fairborn, Ohio, Dottie is deeply involved in local initiatives such as Rotary, environmental conservation, and literacy projects like Andy and Elmer's Apple Dumpling Adventure.
