What's going on in the mortgage market? Not a whole lot with rates at 7%+! But banks need to make money and are already getting creative with financing, offering 2-1 buydowns and 7 and 10 year adjustable rate mortgages (ARMs). We will explain in basic, easy to understand terms, exactly what these loan products are, the benefits to using them and how these are completely different products that caused the last foreclosure crisis.
