Penn State football coach James Franklin is wrong about something. He said there would be no changes to his annual spring football plans because the new, incoming Pac-12 teams (Oregon, Washington, USC, UCLA) are basically the same offensively as Big 10 teams. Wait! What? We strongly beg to differ and we make our case. By the way, just because we have a strong difference of opinion does not mean this is a rip piece against Franklin. Locked on Big 10 believes James Franklin is a very good coach who is great for college football and the Big 10. But we still disagree here.

The Big 10 Men's Basketball Tournament is in full swing and we will keep an eye on it as we march into Selection Sunday this weekend.
