The BYU Cougars are set to make their second appearance at Big 12 Media Days, albeit this time they will be at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada as Kalani Sitake, Tom Holmoe and BYU football players Connor Pay, Darius Lassiter, Tyler Batty, Chase Roberts and Jakob Robinson will be in attendance to speak to the media alongside Big 12 commissioner Brett Yormark.

Jake Hatch then talked about the chances of Kevin Young and the BYU men's basketball program landing the gold medal-winning duo of AJ Dybantsa and JJ Mandaquit as the pair of Utah Prep Academy stars led the United States Youth National Team to a dominant win in the U17 FIBA World Cup as BYU basketball keeps up their pursuit of the duo, among others.

Finally, the show wrapped up with a look at the cadre of former and current Brigham Young University (BYU) athletes who will be going to Paris, France later this month to compete in the Summer Olympic Games and a congratulations to former BYU-turned Washington Commanders wide receiver Dax Milne getting engaged to his longtime girlfriend.
