It was a bittersweet weekend for the Dodgers as they took the series against the Royals but lost Mookie Betts and Yoshinobu Yamamoto to injury. Betts has a fractured hand and will not need surgery but his absence opens up another hole in the lineup. What can the Dodgers do to try and fix it? Yamamoto has a strained rotator cuff, and even though the Dodgers are better suited to handle him being out, it's a concern if the injury is deeper than expected. There was a positive though as Shohei Ohtani hit a pair of homers on Sunday, and will hopefully be on a hot stretch with Betts out.
