The San Francisco Giants kick off the second half of their season tonight (even though they've played 97 games and have just 65 remaining, so they're well past the true halfway point). The Giants have a soft portion of their schedule essentially from now until early September, and they must take advantage. It all kicks off tonight with the SF Giants facing the Rockies for three games in Denver. Seven of their next 11 games are against the lowly Rockies, but their other four are road games in Los Angeles against the Dodgers, so the Giants must take advantage of Colorado and it starts tonight.
