Eight-time Super Bowl champion and former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick showed up at the Washington Huskies practice on Thursday, giving Jedd Fisch, offensive coordinator Brennan Carroll, and defensive coordinator Steve Belichick a helping hand as he helped work with freshman quarterback Demond Williams Jr., cornerback Ephesians Prysock, and more after spurning an opportunity with Kyle Shanahan and the San Francisco 49ers to help his son prepare for the Big Ten instead. Elsewhere at practice, Sacramento State transfer portal products Cameron Broussard and Deshawn Lynch continued to make an impact while Will Rogers, Jonah Coleman, and Denzel Boston looked like stars on offense, freshman safety Peyton Waters has continued to make plays, and tight ends coach Jordan Paopao detailed what he wants from his position, mentioning starter Quentin Moore, transfer Keleki Latu (who also spoke with the media) along with the less experienced players in the room, Ryan Otton, Decker DeGraaf, and Charlie Crowell.
