The Houston Astros beat the Miami Marlins 6-3 in the series finale in Houston, finishing off a three-game sweep and winning their ninth straight game at home.

Bryan De La Cruz and Jazz Chisholm hit home runs for Miami. Nick Fortes added an RBI single. De La Cruz went 3-4. The Marlins outhit the Astros 11-5, but they were just 1-10 with runners in scoring position.

The Astros ad only five hits, but they made them count. No Houston player had more than one hit or one run scored.

All-star closer Tanner Scott pitched a perfect eighth inning for Miami. Scott has been nearly perfect since walking 17 hitters in his first 17 innings of the season.

The Marlins head to Cincinnati tonight. They open up a three-game series against the Reds tomorrow night at 7:10 ET.

Yonny Chirinos will start for the Marlins, 32-61. Carson Spiers will start for the Reds.
