Shohei Ohtani hit his MLB leading 11th home run- his fourth in three games- to lead the Dodgers past the Miami Marlins 6-3 on Monday night in LA.

Ohtani has homered in three straight games for the eighth time in career. This is the fourth time he's hit four in a three-game span.

It was the worst start of the year so far for Roddery Muñoz, (1-1) who gave up six earned runs on seven hits in 4 2/3 innings to take the loss.

Freddie Freeman, James Outman and Teoscar Hernandez also went deep for the Dodgers, who have won four games in a row.

The Dodgers’ Walker Buehler’s made his first start in nearly two years, going four innings, allowing three runs and six hits with four strikeouts.

The Marlins scored twice in the first inning on RBI singles by Bryan De La Cruz and Jesús Sánchez. Nick Gordon’s leadoff homer in the second tied it three, but the Miami bats were silenced the rest of the way by Buehler and three LA relievers.

Marlins’ infielder Jake Burger was back in the lineup tonight, after missing 20 games due to a left intercostal muscle strain.

The Marlins fall to 1-3 on their west coast road trip.

The two teams will do it again tomorrow night at Dodger Stadium, with Edward Cabrera (1-1, 6.05 ERA) on the mound for the Marlins against the Dodgers’ Yoshinobu Yamamoto. (3-1, 2.91) in the middle game of the series.

We will be with you 'LIVE' right here after the game with your Locked On Marlins POSTCAST.
