The Carolina Panthers will begin the final phase of its offseason program on Monday as OTAs begin. While the focus will be on the current rostered players, their remain questions to whether former Panthers Stephon Gilmore will return in 2024. According to a report from Joe Person, there has been no momentum between the Panthers and Gilmore. If Carolina is unable to sign Gilmore, what will be their backup plan?

Gilmore filling an open spot at outside cornerback isn't the only question surrounding the Panthers roster. Carolina was busy this offseason adding talent to the wide receiver room but still lacks a lot of proven experience at the position. Should Carolina be interested in bringing in another veteran receiver?

Under the tutelage of new head coach, Dave Canales, Bryce Young will be under the microscope in 2024. If Young is unable to make strides this season will the Panthers be in the market for a new QB next offseason?
