The Philadelphia Phillies won their 7th game in-a-row as they beat the Blue Jays 10-1 Tuesday night!

Recent Phillies call up Cody Clemens came up with a big swing in the second inning smacking 2-run homer off (former) MLB ERA leader Jose Barrios. The Toronto righty came into the game leading baseball with a 1.44 era, but left with a 2.85era after the Phillies bats were done with him.

Clemens finished with a 4-RBI day, While Bryce Harper drove in four as well in the most exciting way possible. The two-time MVP Step to the plate with the bases loaded in the 4th inning and smacked an 02 pitch just over the wall in right field for a Grand Slam the route was on from there on out!

Other offensive contributions came from an RBI double by Nick Castellanos, two RBI triples, one by Clemens the other by Edmundo Sosa and An RBI ground out by Clemens.

While the Phillies’ bats raked, starting pitcher Christopher Sanchez put in a great performance, tossing 7innings of 1 run baseball needing just 89 pitches. He picked up the win to improve to 2-3 on the season.
