Carlos Rodon’s Spring is off to a good start + Cole talks future

The New York Yankees are in Tampa for Spring Training, and one of the guys everyone has their eyes on is Carlos Rodon. After a disastrous 2023, the lefty is looking to rebound and become the reliable number two starter who signed up to be. Well, it seems he’s taking steps toward that goal. According to the people down in camp, like pitching coach Matt Blake, Rodon is already throwing harder than he was at this time last year. He’s also trimmed down, and they figured out some of the pitch delivery problems Rodon was plagued by in 2023. Stacey and Steve discuss the importance of these developments but are sure to remind everyone that he hasn’t actually pitched in a game yet.
