He defines the strategy for the procurement of products and services, and is also responsible for ensuring compliance with this strategy. In doing so, Gerardo determines the cost targets and budget. The markets in Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Panama and the Caribbean, i.e. Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Curacao and Aruba, are part of his area of responsibility. If Gerardo didn't live in Mexico, he would be interested in living in the USA, Germany or China.
