Aditi Patil is a Sophomore at Columbia University and has been teaching young girls to code for years. She founded XX Coders on Long Island, NY and shares the lessons of community and leadership that she has learned along the way. "XX Coders has expanded its mission to bring computer science education to socioeconomically disadvantaged students and students with special needs. Computer science is a booming industry in modern society and in order for technology to advance, everyone needs to be part of this progress, and this is XX Coders’ ultimate goal."
