Over the last 20 years, Marvel Cinematic Universe has become a pop culture juggernaut and box office success, with over 20 billion dollars worth of profits since August 2021. But Marvel as a company has humble beginnings, starting as an indie comic shop in 1939. Although Marvel source material and their adaptations to the big and small screen share many things, there are also distinct differences. The question is, for today’s topic is one form truly better than the other?

Special thanks to this weeks guests: Parker Service, whom you can find @parkerservice on Instagram or @Awesomename7 on Twitter, and Andrew Shephard, as well as the University of Utah and U Student Media.
