Looking down keeps us in the past, the pain, and in the loop-track thoughts of our mind. Looking up moves us into the present, into our bodies, and into our true reality (which is always much better than what the mind comes up with lol) The goal of this podcast is to spread light and share revelations that I've had that have helped me and others feel more connected and rooted in the heart-space, instead of the mind.
