We don’t normally think of serial killers in the late 1800’s but, from Dec of 1884 to Dec 1885 there were 8 murders in the downtown area of Austin, Tx that many believe may have been the first serial killer recorded in the United States. Take a look at how Kay and Jeane work this case.
