Dev news:

• Oya spawns 30 alerts

• Many more than the usual/allowed number

• Many are more than 10 LY from any control system

• Some are in systems that were cleared yesterday

• There was a Galnet update about it but hours after the fact. (timing?

• In response, all AX ops turn to attack Oya now, in spite of high damage resistance

• In spite of PFed messages, the rules no-longer apply and efforts to clear systems are wasted

• PDES advises it’s pilots to bombard the titan since clearing systems doesn’t matter

• Tissue samples already collected will be held on carriers to turn in after Oya is neutralized
